Founded in 2021, Murria Developers has grown from a single Fendalton project into one of Christchurch's most trusted residential developers. Over 5 years, our commitment to quality, transparency, and community remains unchanged.
We specialise in boutique residential developments — standalone homes and modern quality townhouses, typically 4–12 homes per site — in Christchurch's most sought-after inner suburbs. By keeping projects small, we maintain the attention to detail and personal service that larger developers simply cannot offer.
Every home we build is individually titled, finished to a high specification, and backed by full New Zealand Building Code compliance. We work exclusively with licensed local tradespeople who share our standards.
